The process of setting up a web site is not as involved as you might think, at least it shouldn't be as far as you are concerned.

Below is a summary of the typical process requirements from your perspective and ours.

This should give you some idea of what needs to happen. We'll discuss it further with you in much more detail and relevance to your specific requirements.

What You need to do...

Firstly, decide what you want your web site to do for you, what its function will be and how you want it to look. Your web site will be an extension of your business. If you have a good business, then you will want your web site to reflect this.

Secondly, try to pinpoint who your main target audience will be. Who will be looking at your site the most? Who you would like to attract to your site the most? This is where we set the parameters and functionality of your web site.

Lastly, but certainly not least, think of what you want on your web site, how many images? How much textual information? Will it change regularly? Will you need to gather information from your visitors? This is largely what we base the overall cost on. Even though things are not final at this stage, it gives us both a pretty good idea of where we're headed.

What we do...

First, we will talk with you about your business and the internet. We will look at your requirements. We will inform you of what can and should not be done, throw in some ideas and show you some samples.

Secondly, we will work up a site structure so you can see how all the pages on your web site will be connected. This is a major area of our expertise and, although tedious, must be given much consideration so if you would rather leave this entire aspect to us we'd be happy to excuse you from it!

Thirdly, upon your approval of the cost quotation and receipt of your deposit, we will design the main pages to give you an idea of the look and feel of your site.

Next you simply sit back and watch as your site develops! Log in occasionally and see the progress, you can even tweak minor changes by email.
